RISE Program Lead
The RISE Program Lead will work closely with the youth team and engage with local middle schools; to help with recruitment and collaborate with Academic Coordinator to develop and lead youth academic programming. The RISE Program will primarily focus on literacy for the 2025 - 2026 school year, with the plans to build a strong mathematics program in the following school year. This is an ideal position for a candidate with a strong background in tutoring, youth programing, facilitating, and mentoring youth. Find a full job description here.

Leadership Program Lead
The Leadership Program Lead will engage in local middle schools; to help with recruitment and collaborate with Youth Programs Manager to develop and lead youth academic programming with an emphasis on social emotional development, teaching life skills, college and career readiness and civic and community engagement. Elementary Program Lead
The Elementary Program Lead will work on a team to help meet the needs of our school programming serving 20-25 children each day. Program Leads work closely with lead program staff to plan and implement program activities, supervise participants, and have an opportunity to be a positive influence in the lives of youth.
